  • We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking then full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

    On arrival check in at reception, you will be given your keys and directions to your unit. Your beds are made for arrival and towels provided for each guest .

    Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10 am. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please contact the reception team in advance to arrange a time to meet our night security team.

    Please note that for some mobile networks signal can be sketchy, we advise that you make this call before you arrive to the site.

  • We have two and three bedrooms whether you are looking for a caravan or lodges. The lodges are located along the shores of the Loch, and the caravans are internal views. A handful of units are pet friendly and one of our caravans is accessible.

  • Inverbeg is a pet friendly park and offers various types of accommodations to suit each group. While you are staying with us, we ask you adhere to the pet rules which will be emailed with your booking confirmation. 

  • We allow 2 cars only to be parked to the side of your holiday home. Extra vehicles must be registered with reception and parked in our main carpark. All visitors must sign in at reception.  

  • Cots, highchairs, BBQ stands are all available to hire for your stay. Contact reception regarding this.  If there is anything you would like to add on that would make your break extra special, just ask.

  • Each unit has central heating. They each have a fully functional kitchen, pat tested appliances and inventory. Extras such as hairdryers, irons are also included.  

  • All units have a wrap around decking and furniture. Some do not have gates, please check at the point of reservation.

  • The use and storage of watercrafts can be added to you you're booking after you have selected the accommodation type. A space will be allocated by reception, and you will be notified on check in.

    Watercraft rules will be sent out with your booking confirmation please read this thoroughly and send required paperwork, failure to do so will result in refusal of entry to park. 

  • We understand things happen and this may affect you stay with us. We are happy to rearrange your original booking this is outlined in our terms and conditions. Holiday insurance is a good investment. 

  • We are open 11 months through the year, closed in February.

    We are open during the festive period and decorate our units with trees, lights and decorations. 

    The Caravans close November-March, however should you specifically wish to stay during this period we may be able to accommodate you. Please contact the reception team for details.

  • We are proud of the fact we run off our own water supply and for that reason we do not supply hot tubs on any part of our site. 

  • We are happy for during your stay to have as many BBQs are you wish. We do sell (during peak season) disposable BBQs in the shop and have BBQ stands to rent from the office. Please read over the Safety guidelines regarding this, which can be found in the Guest directory in each unit. We do not allow open fires on the park on beach area.  

  • Electric and gas costs are factored into the cost of your booking

  • During the hours of 8.30 am - 5pm their will be a member of the team to help in the office (01436 860267). Night security take over from 5pm - 8.30am you can contact them on 07791203839.

    You will be provided with park rules and important information on check in please make sure you read through this.

  • Onsite you will find a small shop at the back of reception, a Play park, public coin operated laundry open during office hours and various watercraft storage facilities, this must reserved at time of booking.
