Frequently asked questions about holiday home ownership at Inverbeg

The best place for you to start is - set yourself a budget. We have caravans starting preowned from £35,000, and new from £60,000. Lodges pre-owned start from around £80,000, and £195,000. It is important to know your ideal budget, we will show you the homes we have in that price range.
We do not offer finance. When you decided on a van to secure the sale and take it off market, we would need 10% deposit of the sale price and then the full balance would be settled with in 28 days.

The holiday park for you is the first step. We have a playpark, do you have children or would you prefer the quieter areas of the park. Remember, prices and pitch fee costs vary depending on the area you are and width of the van. Most vans are pitched where they are best suited, and no matter where you are on Inverbeg, you have a view!

Before keys are exchanged, we must have a copy of all the buyers ID, utility bill at the same address, proof of insurance for the caravan and all the paperwork signed.

ecking options are normally discussed during point of sale and shown a layout of what will fit within the fire regulations parameters. The choice of timber or composite is up to you. There is a form for pitch amendments for any changes made to the pitch after sale. This includes sheds decking new or extensions. Must be marked and measured out and submitted to the park manager for us to process. We will contact yourselves regarding the outcome.
